Return Policy
Cancellations
We accept cancellations prior to product shipment or production. If an order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. If the product has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 90 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer. Customers are charged a maximum of one shipping fee (including returns); there is no restocking fee charged to consumers for returned products.
Refunds (if applicable)
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you a receipt notification via email. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of the refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for the refund to officially arrive. Next contact your bank. Refunds usually take some processing time to arrive.
